With reference to our various intimations submitted regarding defaults on payment of interest/repayment of principal amount on loans from Banks/Financials Institution and further pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 we enclosed herewith the subsequent intimation regarding repayment of interest/principal amount of loans taken from various banks/financial institutions.
