This is in continuation to our earlier disclosure date March 9 2023 and March 10 2023 pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 informing that the Honble NCLAT on March 7 2023 while considering the appeal filed by Ms. Shilpi Asthana suspended Director has stayed the operation and effect of order of Ld. NCLT dated February 22 2023.In this context the Company has been informed by Ms. Shilpi Asthana suspended Director of the Company that the Honble NCLAT on August 10 2023 has dismissed the aforesaid appeal.The Company has not received the copy of the said order passed by Honble NCLAT which will be submitted once it is received.
