Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are forwarding herewith a copy of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30.06.2023.The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 11.08.2023 (i.e today).We also enclose Limited Review Report dated 11.08.2023 issued by Statutory Auditors M/s. NGST & Associates Chartered Accountants in respect of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30.06.2023. The results are attached at Annexure A.
