Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 11th August 2023 has inter alia considered and approved the following businesses:1. Approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023:Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 together with the respective Limited Review Reports;2. Convening of 41st Annual General Meeting:41st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be conducted by Video Conferencing(VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) on 25th September 2023.3. Approval of the Draft Directors Report and Annexures thereto for the Financial Year 2022-2023: Considered and approved Board of Directors Report for the year ended 31st March 2023
