Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Monday August 21 2023 had interalia considered and approved the alteration of Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) by addition of activities pertaining to real estate re-development etc of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders.
