With reference to the above we wish to inform that 15th AGM of Co. will be held on September 22 2023 at 2:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing(VC)/ Other Audio-Video means (OAVM) to transact the businesses as set out in notice dated August 11 2023.As per sec 91 of Companies Act 2013 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books or Company will remain closed from September 16 2023 to Friday September 22 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
