This is to inform you that Alufluoride International Private Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in the Jebel Ali Freezone incorporated under the Statutes of United Arab Emirates has been de-registered with effect from 3 November 2022.A copy of the communication dated 21 August 2023 received from Jebel Ali Freezone Authority for the said de-registration is enclosed herewith.
