The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 14 September 2023 to 20 September 2023 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining shareholders entitlement for dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors on equity shares at the rate of 80% (i.e. INR 8 per share) for the financial year 2022-23 subject to the approval of members at the 36th Annual General Meeting.
