Pursuant to Reg. 30 (Disclosure of events or information) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that a fire incidence took place effecting the Stock of Jute Fabric in the godown at our mill located at Chengail Howrah 711308 India on 23rd August 2023 at around 5:20 a.m. IST. The fire was controlled on time and there were no injuries caused to any employee or other person within the premises. Adequate steps are being undertaken to restore the operation of the concerned mill. The Company is in the process of ascertaining the cause of fire and the actual loss caused by it.Rest of the Production Operations of the Company Premises are currently normal as usual without any impact. The Company has already intimated the Insurance Company about the incident.Kindly take the same on record.
