Pursuant to regulation 42 of SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the register of Member and Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from 10.09.2023 to 16.09.2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Saturday 16th September 2023.
