This is in furtherance to our letter dated 7th August 2023 wherein AGI Greenpac Limited filed its 63rd Annual Report along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be convened on 31st August 2023 at 12.30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing /Other Audio-Visual Means. We would like to inform you of certain inadvertent errors noticed in the Directors Report and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) forming part of Annual Report of FY 2022-23 after the same was sent on 7 August 2023 through electronic mode to the shareholders of the Company. The changes are provided in Annexure 1The updated Annual Report after execution of the changes to the relevant sections of the Directors Report and BRSR is attached as Annexure 2 to this letter. The updated Annual Report is also available on the Company website www.agigreenpac.com.The changes do not impact the financial statements in any manner. You are requested to take this information on records.
