Considered the following business:1. Approved the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2023 prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as per Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules 2015 along with Limited Review Report by the statutory auditors thereon;2. Approved the Disclosure of Related Party Transaction for the half year ended as on 30th September 2023 as per Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.Please consider that due to the electricity disruption/fault in the company for long hours the meeting got affected and it was concluded late in the night and hence submission of the outcome got delayed.
