Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. November 22 2023 has approved the appointment of Ms. Sonia Bhimrajka as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Elitecon International Limited (the Company) w.e.f November 22 2023.The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFD /CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 are enclosed herewith Annexure I.
