We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its adjourned meeting held on 11th November 2023 has approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023 and erroneously had attached the Cash Flow statement twice instead of statement of assets and liabilities.Hence the Company is hereby submitting the revised quarterly results with the Exchange. The Company is unable to upload the correct financials in Outcome of Board Meeting Tab and so we are uploading the same here ie. General Announcement Tab.
