Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the company has received application for issuance of duplicate Share certificate from the shareholder through RTA of the Company i.e. Bigshare Services Private Limited. After due verification of documents and complying with the necessary formalities the duplicate share certificate has been issued.The RTA will issue the letter of confirmation in lieu of original share certificates as required by SEBI vide its circular dated January 25 2022.
