Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 25th November 2023 have considered and approved the following matters:1. On the recommendation of the Audit Committee the Board of Directors considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Nikhil Jain & Associates Cost Accountants Indore (FRN: 006363) as the Cost Auditor of the Company to conduct an Audit of the Cost Accounts for the financial year 2023-24 to fill the casual vacancy caused by death of Mr. Anil Kumar Jain previous Cost Auditor of the Company subject to ratification of remuneration by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
