Kindly refer to our disclosure dated 22nd November regarding scheduling of the 3rd meeting of the Committee of Creditors of Siti Networks Limited.In this regard pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the third meeting of the Committee of Creditors of Siti Networks Limited was held on 23rd November 2023 in terms of Section 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 read with Regulation 18 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Regulations Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016. During the meeting the Resolution Professional presented and discussed with the CoC members inter alia about CIRP related updates viz. CIRP timelines claims business operations legal updates resolution process update. Pursuant to discussions it was decided to put various voting items for e-voting.
