Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that Mr. Rashmikant Amratlal Thakkar (DIN: 00071144) vide his letter dated 29.11.23 has tendered her resignation as director of the Company with effect from the close of the business hours on November 29 2023 due to personal and unavoidable circumstances
