'Govt in Kolkata, we will also go there to speak with farmers': Rakesh Tikait

New Delhi, Mar 07 (ANI): BKU spokesperson Rakesh Tikait said farmers' union will go to Kolkata on March 13 to speak to farmers as "Govt has gone to the state".
