Sydney (Australia), Dec 01 (ANI): Ahead of the Test series against Indian Cricket Team, Australian keeper-batsman Harry Nielsen said, "It is a pretty good track and quite fast as well. It is good spending time in the middle. It was harder to bat with the out ball but overall it is a good fun to bat on." Indian off spinner Ravichandran Ashwin bowl nicely and also the fast bowler Ishant Sharma with his height is doing great job, he added. "I am here to help the squad to play wonderfully. Overall, up to now each one of us have done our job tremendously. It is a great opportunity and by this we can get more responsibility. I have to help the test squad as much as I can", centurion Nielsen further stated. "All that talk about 'not a quality opposition' is rubbish in my opinion. I think we showed today that we can match it with the best in the world. We dominated that game. I don't think they have a right to question our quality," he added.

Mother of three children didn't break a sweat in the match against her 22-year-old opponent. On the age factor, Mary Kom said that it is secondary and it does not hold much importance in boxing. "If I am confident enough I can take down girl of any age", she said while talking to ANI.

Jammu may soon host International Cricket at Maulana Azad Stadium

Jammu, Nov 23 (ANI): The city of Jammu is proud as one of its resident, Manzoor Pandav did well in the field of cricket, when he recently played in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Maulana Azad stadium situated in the heart of the city has now been upgraded to an International Cricket Stadium with International Cricket Council norms and standards. The 40 crore project is being handled by National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) under the Prime Ministers' special package. The work will be completed by March 2019 and soon an international cricket match or an IPL match can be played in the stadium. The stadium will have a well established pavilion, gymnasium, conference hall, open VIP area, media, player zones and galleries. The pitch curator of Feroz Shah Kotla ground has been roped in and the pitch will be one of the fastest in Indian to promote fast bowlers. With coming of this world class cricket facility soon more cricketers from state will represent the country.
