Logix Microsystems, a provider of e-retailing solutions to the automotive industry, has acquired Performance Drive SVC, a business solutions provider for the automotive industry based out of US for about $1.1 million.

Performance Drive SVC owns a technology platform which enable customers to book service appointments from an automotive dealership's website. It also enables service managers to manage service bay loading, staff scheduling, loaner management and comprehensive reporting.

“This acquisition gives 'izmocars' the ability to offer a solutions suite that meets all the needs of auto dealers, from lead management to CRM, finance and insurance, and service management. Performance Drive has all the functionality that dealers need to manage their service departments profitably,” said Sanjay Soni, MD, Logix Microsystems.

Logix plans to offer Performance Drive's solutions as a part of the iService Solution from izmocars, the company's flagship product.Izmocars helps car manufacturers and dealers to sell their products in a virtual show room using multimedia content. The solution helps a prospective buyer to have a 'touch and feel' experience with the 3D pictures of the car models he intends to buy.

Izmocars is releasing the iService Solution soon with leading automotive dealerships across the US.
