Mudra Group completes mgmt restructuring

The restructuring of advertising and media major, Mudra Group, following its buyout by Omnicom and DDB Worldwide in November last year, has been completed, according to Madhukar Kamath, group CEO and MD, DDB Mudra Group. The group’s new identity and structure will be announced on February 28 along with John Zeigler, chairman and CEO, DDB Asia Pacific, India and Japan and rolled out with immediate effect starting March.
