Smart Value Homes new project in Bangalore

The 100% subsidiary of Tata Housing exclusively focuses on affordable housing

Smart Value Homes Limited (SVHL), a 100 per cent  subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company Limited, on Thursday announced its foray into Bangalore real estate market with the launch of its landmark affordable housing brand.

The new property New Haven, is the first green township, claimed the company. The new project offers over 1,800 apartments that are 2 and 3 Bedroom, Hall and Kitchen (BHK) apartments priced from Rs 20 lakhs onwards in 11 to 15 storeyed towers.

Announcing the launch Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO, Tata Housing, said, “Envisaging the rising demand for affordable homes with premium facilities in the Silicon Valley of India, we are pleased to bring this iconic and successful affordable housing brand for the people of Bengaluru.”

This Project is the fourth project of Smart Value Homes under the brand name. The first New Haven was unveiled in Boisar near Mumbai and was followed by in Vasind and in Ahmedabad.

The project will follow an integrated sustainable township approach and is conceptualised and developed with a vision to create a positive ecosystem for the neighborhood and the community, the company said.

Tata Housing has already established its presence in the City with various projects like IT parks and luxury residences and apartment projects.
