| The outstanding industrial achievement award will be given to P Ravindra Reddy, managing director of Mtar Technologies Pvt Ltd. |

| The other award winners include K Ratna Chand, production in-charge of Jayanarayan & Sons Engineers for best industrial worker and N Sukumar, director of Hyderabad Chemicals Ltd, for member of the year. |

| AIMO is a representative body of the manufacturing sector and has over 200 members. YSR Venkat Rao, chairman of AIMO- AP State Board, said they had been interacting with the government with regard to various issues being faced by the industry. |

| These include shortage of power and manpower apart from entry tax on goods brought into the state. |
| |
| "We have recommended withdrawal of entry tax," he said, adding that they would be actively pursuing the issue with the state government. |
