Supreme Court Reserves Judgment On Dumping

The Supreme Court has reserved its judgment after a marathon hearing of appeals of Indonesian float glass exporters and importers in this country raising the issue of the jurisdiction of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices (MRTP) Commission to stop sales here.

The commission, in a recent judgment, claimed jurisdiction to stop
