Digitisation of Audit : Air Force on Road to E-Governance

The Integrated Material Management Online System (IMMOLS) of the Indian Air Force (IAF) received a shot in the arm by the launch of the e-audit initiative at the Controller of the Defence Accounts (CDA) Head office in Dehradun, today. The audit function of IMMOLS, which had hitherto not been digitised, was launched formally by Shri Arvind Kaushal, Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA) along with Shri AN Saxena, Addl CGDA (IT). Air Marshal Sukhchain Singh , Air Officer-in-charge Maintenance (AOM) with Air Vice Marshal RP George, Asst Chief of Air Staff (ACAS) (Logistics) and the team of officers from Directorate of IMMOLS, Air Headquarters. The software partner M/s Tata Consultancy Services was represented by Shri KV Narayanan.
