| The two-day convention, being held here for the first time, will deliberate imperatives and actions for India Inc to become globally competitive. |
| "The convention will be unique as it will provide the participants with insights from leading global and Indian organisations," Hyderabad Management Association (HMA) president S Sivakumar said. |
| The convention is being jointly organised by HMA and the All India Management Association (AIMA). The Andhra Pradesh government is also extending its support for the event. |
| According to Sivakumar, each session of the convention will be addressed by both an international speaker and a domestic speaker. |
| The international speakers include Rafino L Dela Rosa, president of Chowking Food Corporation of Philippines, Mauro Montanaro, vice-president, Multimedia Business Group of Nokia Asia Pacific, and John Clarkeson, global chairman of The Boston Consulting Group. |
| He said that presentations would also be made by the best student from the National Paperwriting Contest and Champion team of National Competition for Young Managers. About 15 per cent of the seats was reserved for students and over 1,000 delegates from across the country were expected to participate. |
