| "No doubt, the entry of Amul into the MP market will increase competition but we are gearing up by redesigning our marketing strategies, improving our logistics, making our staff more efficient and competitive." said Rajesh Rajora, managing director, MP State Dairy Co-operative Federation (MPSDCF). |

| GCMMF has leased a plant in Dewas, 35 km from Indore, for packaging and supply of Amul milk. |

| In the first phase, the federation would focus only on big towns in Madhya Pradesh. |

| Milk will be supplied from Godhra which is close to Jhabua in MP.The co-operative has started the process of market survey and appointment of distributors in Bhopal. |

| "If Amul clicks in Bhopal, we will take it to adjoining the towns of Harda and Hoshangabad," said a GCMMF official. |
