Bombay Dyeing up on resumption of operations

Bombay Dyeing went up by 8.28 per cent to Rs 418.35 in today's trade after it announced resumption of operation of its DMT plant at Patalganga. The operation of the plant was suspended owing to the disruption of MSEB power supply since July 26.

The scrip which closed yesterday at Rs 386.35 had hit a 52-week high today at Rs 421.80 in intra-day trades.

The company has registered an increase in its total income from Rs 229.94 crore in the previous quarter to Rs 272.15 crore in this quarter.
