Subdued demand influences prices

Cardamom prices declined by Rs 4.10 to Rs 952 per kg in futures trade today on higher supplies in the spot market against subdued demand.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in December declined by Rs 4.10, or 0.43%, to Rs 952 per kg in a business turnover of 73 lots.
November cardamom traded lower by Rs 1.40, or 0.15%, to Rs 906 per kg in 433 lots.
Market analysts said higher supplies against subdued demand at prevailing higher levels kept pressure on cardamom prices at futures trade.
