Sebastien Foucan, a free runner who appeared in the 2006 epic James Bond movie 'Casino Royale' talks about how his life changed because of his free running skills.
Foucan, during Human to Hero series, said that featuring in the James Bond movie was just amazing and it was fantastic to work on a big stage, and to fight Bond and having the helicopter shoot everything, CNN reported.
The French free runner further added that for the discipline, he thinks it was a big platform and it just made free running much bigger.
Speaking on working with Madonna, Foucan said that her 'Confession' tour changed his life and at that point he went from being a free runner, an ambassador, to something even bigger.
The 39-year-old instructor further added that free running is a lifestyle as there is no beginning, no middle and no end and it's a part of his life now.
