Janata Dal (United) chief Sharad Yadav is likely to will meet Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Mulayam Singh Yadav to convince the latter to review his decision to quit the 'Janata Pariwar'.
Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav had on Saturday announced five seats for the Samajwadi Party in the grand alliance for the Bihar assembly polls.
Samajwadi Party leader Gaurav Bhatia today said the seat sharing issue was the prime reason for his party to quit the Janata Pariwar ahead of the polls.
"It is very unfortunate that the larger parties which were part of the Janata Pariwar, namely the Janata Dal United (JD-U) and the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) didn't even consult the national leaders of the Samajwadi Party, and there was no deliberation regarding seat sharing between these parties." Bhatia said.
