The Board of Gujarat Fluorochemicals has approved making of an investment by way of subscription upto 64,00,000 Equity Shares of INOX Leisure (subsidiary of the company) at a price determined in accordance with requirements of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 or any amendments thereto.
