SE Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 February 2015 has accorded its approval to file an application with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for seeking banking license and conversion of Company into Small Finance Bank. Appointment has been fixed with RBI Official to submit the application at 2.45 pm on 02 February 2015.The Board is of the view that this conversion of Company into Small Finance Bank will enable the Company in enhancing its footprints by offering quality capital and financial solutions to the lower strata of the society and will also lay strong foundation in achieving sustainable long term growth for the Company.
