GIC Housing Finance standalone net profit rises 34.55% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 17.53% to Rs 233.10 crore

Net profit of GIC Housing Finance rose 34.55% to Rs 35.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 26.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 17.53% to Rs 233.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 198.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 20.92% to Rs 124.50 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 102.96 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 19.64% to Rs 874.44 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 730.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
