Metropoli Overseas announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015 approved the following -

Appointed A K Mohta as Chairman of the Board.

Accepted resignation of Amarnath Singh from the Board.

Inducted Pramod Kedia and Somnath Ganguly as Additional Directors.

Appointed K P P Nair as CEO of the Company.

Decided to convert part of its secured and unsecured loans into preference shares in due course of time.
