A 35-year-old South Korean was arrested here for illegally staying in India, police said on Wednesday.
Mike Yeong Choi was taken into custody during a search of guest houses ahead of the Republic Day on Thursday.
"The accused failed to show his legal documents to stay (in India)," police officer Devender Kumar told IANS. He had been in Gurugram for over a fortnight.
