The VIP treatment

Very few people are accorded this honour. Robert Vadra is one of them. A reader reports that he travelled J-class to Dubai. Seated in the front in the same aircraft was Vadra. Everyone got off the plane to proceed for immigration checks. But a car came on to the tarmac, Vadra got into it and disappeared. He was unaccompanied.
Another reader reports spotting him at the Brussels airport earlier this year. This time he was en famille, but the drill was the same. The family was surrounded by airline staff (a private airline, by the way, not Air India) and Indian Embassy officials were doing the work that ordinary people do on their own — filling up forms, getting boarding passes ready, etc.
Nice!
