Tin spurted by RS 10 per kg to Rs 1,295 from Wednesday's closing level of 1,285 and nickel rose by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,060 from Rs 1,055.
Copper cable scrap and copper wire bar both moved up by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 488 and Rs 516 from Rs 486 and Rs 514 yesterday.
Copper scrap heavy, Copper armiture, copper utensils scrap and brass sheet cutting all inched up by a rupee per kg each to Rs 480, Rs 469, Rs 444 and Rs 335 respectively.
However, Aluminium ingot dropped by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 141 from overnight close of Rs 146 and zinc eased by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 134 from Rs 136 previously.
Brass utensils scrap and aluminium utensils scrap both softened by Rs 324 and Rs 113.
