Khola, who was addressing the inaugural session of a seminar on air cargo yesterday, expressed concern that 99 per cent of the international cargo and 66 per cent of the domestic cargo moved only from five international airports. He stressed on the need to expand cargo handling facilities at other domestic airports.

He said the pressure on airports was going to increase as more cargo airlines, national and international, enter the cargo market. Many applicants are on the line to launch domestic cargo operations.
