Gsl, Ibm In Pact

City-based Global Software Ltd (GSL) and IBM India Ltd have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to market Tivoli Systems Inc's enterprise management products, solutions and services in India. IBM will support Global Software's efforts to offer Tivoli's services, solutions and services to domestic information technology (IT) and non-IT organisations besides in-house EDP centres. Global Software will offer consulting, implementation and maintenance services for the Tivoli Enterprise System Management (ESM) solutions.
