The Rajasthan government has constituted a Board for Infrastructure and Investment headed by Chief Minister Bhairon Singh Shekhawat to boost industrial development in the state. Deputy chief minister Hari Shankar Bhabhra is the deputy chairman of the board which will consider schemes for strengthening and developing infrastructural facilities besides clearing pending cases of land allotment, conversion, availability of inputs and no-objection certificates. The board would also consider amendments in investment policies, an official release said here yesterday.
