The Board of HDFC Bank at its meeting held on 19 July 2025 has approved increase in authorised share capital to Rs 2,000 crore dividend into 2000,00,00,000 equity shares of Re 1 each.The Board also approved issuance of bonus shares in ratio of 1:1.
