Board of Mega Corporation allots 10 cr equity shares under rights issue

The Board of Mega Corporation at its meeting held on 23 January 2025 has approved the allotment of 10 crore fully paid-up equity shares of the company at an issue price of Re 1 per equity share i.e. at par on rights basis to the respective eligible equity shareholders of the company.
