The Board of Syrma SGS Technology at its meeting held on 13 May 2025 has approved raising of funds by way of Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or other permissible mode in accordance with the applicable laws for raising funds for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 1000 crore.
