Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has allotted 10,000 equity shares under ESOP on 18 March 2025. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1,28,75,59,350 divided into 64,37,79,675 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 1,28,75,79,350 divided into 64,37,89,675 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
