Family Care Hospitals board approves fund raising via convertible warrant issue

The board of Family Care Hospitals at its meeting held on 26 December 2025 has approved the allotment of 1,86,77,500 convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 10 on preferential basis. The company has received an amount of Rs 4.66 crore being 25% of the issue price per warrant as upfront payment from the allottees.
