IRB Infrastructure approves sale of Gandeva Ena project for ₹513 crore

IRB Infrastructure on Monday said its board has approved the sale of its Gandeva Ena (VM7) hybrid annuity model project, which forms part of the upcoming Delhi Mumbai Greenfield Expressway Project, to IRB InvIT Fund for Rs 513 crore. IRB Infrastructure, in a statement, said it will receive Rs 513 crore as 100 per cent equity consideration from the IRB InvIT Fund upon completion of the transfer, and the project debt will also be transferred. Consequently, IRB's consolidated net debt-to-equity ratio will see a meaningful improvement, it added. According to the statement, the Company has also agreed to be the project manager of VM7 Project, post transfer to Public InvIT. The Gandeva Ena HAM Project is an eight-laning revenue-generating stretch in the State of Gujarat under NHAI's Package-VII of India's ambitious Bharatmala Pariyojana, which is being managed by VM7 Expressway Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, under a concession awarded by the National Highways

IRB Infra reports 23% rise in toll revenue at Rs 6,360 cr in FY25

IRB Infrastructure has posted 23 per cent year-on rise in its toll revenue to Rs 6,360 crore for financial year 2024-25. Revenue from the toll collection business stood at Rs 5,169 crore in the preceding 2023-24 fiscal year, IRB said in an exchange filing on Tuesday. In March, revenue from toll was at Rs 557 crore, a rise of 16 per cent over Rs 481 crore in the same month last year. Of its 17 tolls, IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra contributed the major share of Rs 1,754.4 crore to the total revenue collection in FY25, followed by IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway, which contributed Rs 762.1 crore, it said. With Rs 376.1 crore, CG Tollway (Chittorgarh to Gulabpura NH 79) was the third-largest contributor to the revenues in FY25. IRB Infrastructure on Monday posted a 20 per cent year-on-year rise in toll revenue to Rs 559.7 crore in January. Revenues from the toll collection business stood at Rs 466.8 crore in the same month last year, IRB said in an exchange filing. IRB Infrastructure Q3 results: Net profit rises 18% to Rs 222 crore

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd (IRB) on Friday said it has reported an 18.7 per cent rise in profit after tax to Rs 222 crore in the December quarter. It had posted a profit after tax "PAT, excluding exceptional gains" of Rs 187 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a statement. The company's PAT, including exceptional items, jumped manifold to Rs 6,026 crore against Rs 187 crore in the October-December period of the preceding 2023-24 financial year. Its total income rose to Rs 2,090 crore over Rs 2,077 crore a year ago. The company's board has also declared a third interim dividend of Re 1 totalling Rs 60.3 crore in the third quarter of FY25. This brings the total dividend for the first nine months of FY25 to Rs 181.1 crore. IRB Infrastructure has posted a 21 per cent rise in its toll revenue to Rs 539.6 crore in October. Revenues from the toll collection business stood at Rs 447.8 crore a year ago, IRB said in an exchange filing on Thursday. Of its 17 tolls, IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra contributed the major share of Rs 142.6 crore to the total revenue collection, followed by IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway, which contributed Rs 66.2 crore, it said. IRB Infrastructure on Tuesday posted a 19 per cent year-on rise in its toll revenue to Rs 502 crore in September. Revenues from the toll collection business stood at Rs 421 crore in the same month last year, IRB said in an exchange filing. IRB Infrastructures Developers Q1 results: Net profit up 5% at Rs 140 cr

IRB Infrastructures Developers Ltd on Friday posted around 5 per cent rise in consolidated profit after tax to Rs 140 crore during June quarter on account of higher income. It had reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 134 crore in the April-June quarter of preceding 2023-24 financial year, the company said in an exchange filing. The company's total income rose to Rs 1,972 crore in the reporting quarter from Rs 1,745 crore in the year-ago period, registering an increase of 13 per cent. In a separate statement, Virendra D.
