Software major Infosys Technologies would announce their fourth quarter and annual numbers on April 13, 2010. Around 11am, shares of Infosys Technologies were trading marginally lower at Rs 2,764, down Rs 11.10.
In a stock exchange announcement, the IT heavyweight said that the board of directors of the the company would be meeting on April 13 to consider the "audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2010".
The board of the company would also be consider recommending a final dividend, if any, added the exchange announcement. The board would also consider the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2010.
