Lupin promoters pledge 12.6% stake

Drug maker Lupin today said its two promoters have pledged 1.04 crore shares representing 12.60 per cent stake in the company.

In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Lupin said its two promoters -- Zyma Laboratories and Rahas Investments -- have pledged 1.04 crore shares.

Zyma Laboratories and Rahas Investments have pledged 91.25 and 13.04 lakh shares respectively, the disclosure said.

Shares of Lupin today closed at Rs 636.35, up 1.70 per cent on the BSE.
